We are linked to our own Farm Edinvale where we rear Highland, Shorthorn and Aberdeen Angus cattle for Macbeth's where we mature the beef for a minimum of 3 weeks. We source hill lamb and rare breed pork from local farms as well as wild venison from local estates.
