It would be wonderful if your drivers would deliver the package to the correct address and drop it with an actual person. We are a business, an agricultural farm market, in a rural area. We have been in business at this same location for 80 years. We have a very large parking lot that your trucks can pull in to easily. Instead they park in the middle of a busy 2 lane road on the far side of our farm house and leave the package on the far side of the house. We are clearly at our business. The packages are always addressed to the business. But they leave them at the house so they don’t have to take the time to greet an actual person. Often the package is not ours but a neighbors. And we become your delivery person. When we finally see your driver and ask them to drop all packages at the business, we even have a sign on our house asking them to drop all packages at the office, we get lip and attitude. We will, in the future, request all our packages be shipped UPS. Their drivers always drop the package with us and are courteous. And yes we get several shipments of products daily.

very upset with FedEx today because they didn't give me enough time to answer the door they dropped off two packages weighing more then 100lb at the office of my apartment complex which is against my lease and since the office is at the front of the property and my apartment is near the back and I can't drive I have to figure out a way to get 100lb of pet supplies back to my apartment :-[

Finally was able to mail my package after 3 trips to FedEx stores and horrible customer service with untrained, rude and incompetent store employees. Apparently most store employees don’t know about or know how to enter the $5 off ground shipping coupons clearly posted on your website. The third store assistant manager finally entered the coupon but then tried entering larger dimensions than the two other stores in order to inflate the price and try to rip me off.

Getting real sick and tired of whoever is your ground delivery driver for my area. Twice in under 30 days a package has been lost, or delivered to the wrong address. My latest one shows signed for by "PROOM". What the hell does that mean?

How bad is your customer service? Paid for express 2 day shipping. Paid for a specific delivery window. I have a fedex account (that ill never use again as I have UPS open in my browser). And i still dont get the package... I was hung up on by your customer service. (i didnt even get a chance to show them i was furious). I will never use you again. Package didnt ship from one facility. Yet your tracking information shows its in transit for delivery to me... How SHADY is that??? No notification that the delivery window i requested wouldnt be met. And when i asked for a credit for the fees. I was told thats not possible and was hung up on... Your calls are recorded... Talk about poor customer service, but more importantly. How misleading your 'tracking' site is. How can it be out for delivery on your site and according to your customer service, it never left the building.... WOW

My third and final package was supposed to be delivered today. And again, you failed!!! I've already notified the company I purchased these items from that they should REALLY reconsider using FedEx as a shipping service.

Since your local FedEx ground will not respond to my videos I am going to share it here! I have deliveries thrown into my garage!! And since you do not allow videos or pics to be posted on your page I posted them on Youtube and am sharing the links! This is absolutely the worst service ever!!! Saturday's delivery Tuesday delivery 3 days later and after contacting local office with no response!

Probably had one of my worst customer experience with fedex today with extremely unhelpful “customer advocates” who just want to hang up on customers as opposed to helping resolve customer problems. On Friday 5/18 - got a tag that package wasn’t able to deliver On sat 5/19 tried to call the delivery centre and see if I could pick up the package myself. They said no because package is still in cabin and said that could deliver on Monday 5/21. I told them I would not be able to stay at home for delivery. They said they can pause delivery on Monday and deliver on Tuesday instead. (Voicemail is recorded if fedex wants a copy of it) On mon 5/21. Delivery attempt was made and I was told that that’s the last delivery attempt even though I was told that they would not delivery Monday. On Tuesday 5/22. Fedex did NOT deliver the package even though they had promised they would. I was on call with Norma, on the customer advocate team who tried to hang up on me and did not resolve anything. Had to ask her to escalate to her manager Michael, who said he’ll look into it and I could expect a call from Norma in an hour. An hour later, Norma did not call back. I had to call again to get an understanding. They said there’s nothing they could do even though mistake was made on their end. That’s after spending 3 hours on the phone with fedex today. Tried to look for a mechanism to file a complaint. I was told the only way is to call the 1800 number. There isn’t even an online form where customers could escalate issues like this. This might have been my worst possible customer experience and I would never choose to use fedex as a courier of choice going forward knowing that no employee at fedex actually cares about their customers.
